2026 Annual General Meeting
Thursday 3rd December 2026 at Dorset Golf & Country Club — 1.15pm
9 holes of golf available before the meeting. A two-course Christmas lunch follows. Motions must be submitted to the Secretary no later than 3 weeks before the AGM. Agenda circulated 14 days in advance. Online voting available for those unable to attend (approved at 2023 AGM).
