Members Section
The website now has a new "Members Area" where only you will be allowed access. This is so that more sensitive information is not seen by the general public. It also will in the future allow the committee to add more facilities to make it easier to members and the committee to correspond information.
All members can login to this area to see content restricted to general view.
The first time you try to access this area you will need to click the "Forgotten password?" option so that you can set up a password. This will send you an email so you can set this up. If you don't receive the email it is likely that we have a different email address for you. Please contact the Secretary if this happens so we can work out what's happening.
If you are a member and the system does not seem to recognise you then please register for access with Member Registration page. The system will tell you if you area already registered by recognising your email address. If this happens try the "Forgotten password" option as previously mentioned.
Once you have access to the Member Area please log in and edit your entry and untick the box “Private Listing Hide email and telephone from directory" if you don't mind this information being viewed by other members. This info is very useful for other members to contact you over match arrangements etc. Can you also please add your CDH number as this will help event organisers in the future.
To make sure with comply with the GDPR laws, all members "Private listing" option will default back to "Hide" on the 1st of January each year. We will endevour to remind members when this happens so they can again edit their preference.
